Our Care Model
We are currently a telehealth-only practice, providing secure, HIPAA-compliant individual therapy to residents, ages 15 and up, throughout the state of Arizona. This allows you to engage in deep, transformative work from the safety and privacy of your own space.

Depression & Mood Support: Navigating the shadows to find sustainable light and energy.
Life Transitions: Support for major shifts such as career changes, moves, or identity evolution.
Adolescents & Young Adults: Specialized care for those ages 15-25 navigating the unique pressures of modern development.
SA/DV Advocacy & Healing: A safe, dedicated space for survivors of sexual and domestic violence.
Military & Veteran Support: Culturally competent care for service members and their families.
Service Fees
30-Minute Consultation: Free
Standard Individual Session (55 min): $120/session
Intake Assessment (90 min): $150
Accessibility Programs: We believe healing should be accessible.
Sliding Scale: A need-based fee structure available for low-income clients. Please inquire for availability.
Reduced Rate Programs: Specifically designated for military members, veterans, and survivors of SA/DV. Please inquire for availability.
We do not take insurance at this time.
Good Faith Estimate Notice:
Under the law, mental health care providers must give clients who don’t have insurance (or are not using insurance) an estimate of the bill for services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency mental health services. At Pierced Valley Therapy, a formal Good Faith Estimate document will be provided to you once you have signed up as a client and will be included as a standard part of your electronic intake paperwork.
